Emotions, what are they?

Pleasant and unpleasant emotions go hand-in-hand with being human. You have experienced how much power they hold but how you deal with them is your choice.

Joy, irritation, frustration, relief: we constantly experience emotions. Some are pleasant, others are unpleasant, so we prefer to get rid of them. Think of the anger you feel during a fight with or your sense of frustration because your day doesn’t go the way you would like.
