In 2012, Microsoft invited Isrid to participate as a thinker and advisor in the so-called ‘Raad van Anders’ on the subject of “Diversity”.

Organizations that have made diversity the norm are more productive and creative. With the annual initiative ‘Raad van Anders’ ( The Difference Board ) Microsoft will investigate with external experts and experienced professionals what companies can change to become more accessible as an employer for everyone, including people with disabilities.
