Challenge
Acerta wanted to have a unified customer view, which wasn't possible due
 to the siloed data. Besides that, they had a variety of marketing 
automation tools spread over different departments, which they wanted to
 bring together in 1 centralised tool. Above should lead to GDPR 
compliancy. 
Approach
We analysed the different data sources and marketing automation tools. 
Based on those findings we selected and implemented a marketing 
automation tool and integrated the different data sources. 
We also migrated all the assets to their new environment and provided 
necessary trainings to the different departments. Today we still offer 
support and assistance.
Result
1 centralised, GDRP proof, marketing automation tool with a unified customer view that is adopted by the entire company.
